just made this a sticky. i want as much info as possible. once this is all figured out i am going to go thru it and make it a real repair thread.

it has to be right. that way the blades push the water to the outside and circulate it thru the cooling system. like the alternator fan is pushing it out. DAMN WHERE IS AN ENGINEER WHEN YOU NEED ONE.

It probably has no relavance but I noticed I have a lt1 oil pan on my car.

i run water in my cars. doesnt freeze in texas. even when my car was 12:1 scr. and i ran it hard. shifted at 7000+rpm back to back runs. never overheated. just 160* tstat. efans. alum radiator. have you checked if the radiator fins are blocked? drive thru snady/dusty enviroments? take a blow gun and blow some air thru the core see if its jammed up.
