The car is actually having a problem staying on. It will turn on if you give it some gas but will immediately begin to die down.
The previous owner said he took it to a mechanic and he diagnosed this as the Injectors but he never got around to replace it.
I have do some reading up on it and some say it could be the IAC or the EGR. Apparently there are many things that can cause this problem.
Could this also be the ECU, my bro's car had the exact same problem a while back before and it turned out it was the ECU.
Also the fan is constantly, not sure what that indicates.
You guys have any ideas?

constant fan usually means the ecm is in limp mode. Check and make sure there is a prom in the socket
