who on here has restored dash pads, or has good ideas on how to. i have to move over one of my speaker grills to the donor pad i have. and have to fix one tiny crack on a corner. the crack might be easy. but the grill set in seems to be a little challenging.

Take the old vinyl crap off and rewrap it with some marine grade vinyl

Shatters the whole piece or just the outside?

They brake in pieces. That is held in place by velcro. They are a thin abs like plastic that becomes brittle with time. And more so if was left in the sun with no windshield cover. Armor also shortens the life span. Prolly helps the sun bake it

Put 1 layer of fiberglass on to strengthen and keep it from cracking any more, sand it smooth and wrap some vinyl on it
